Guaranteed Rent means we pay you a fixed monthly income, even if the property is vacant or tenants fall behind on payments. It offers complete financial stability without the usual risks of renting.

Do I still have to deal with tenants?

No, we handle all tenant communication, maintenance, inspections, and day-to-day management. You can be completely hands-off while we do the hard work for you.

Is my property still protected and maintained?
