What is Guaranteed Rent and how does it work?

Guaranteed Rent means we pay you a fixed monthly income, even if the property is vacant or tenants fall behind on payments. It offers complete financial stability without the usual risks of renting.

Do I still have to deal with tenants?

No, we handle all tenant communication, maintenance, inspections, and day-to-day management. You can be completely hands-off while we do the hard work for you.

Is my property still protected and maintained?

Absolutely. We carry out regular inspections, handle all minor maintenance (cleaning, small repairs etc) , and ensure your property remains in excellent condition.

How quickly can you take over management of my property?

Management starts immediately upon contractual signing. Typically a two to three week grace period is required at the start to get the property up and running.

What types of properties do you manage?

We specialise in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), but also manage single lets and portfolios. Whether you own one property or many, we tailor our service to meet your needs.

Do I need to pay any fees or commission?

No. With our Guaranteed Rent model, there are no hidden fees, no commissions, and no management charges. What we agree is what you receive — every month, without fail.
